What methods can the ceiling dehumidifier use to determine whether to add fluoride

Time:2021/10/15 10:30:10

Many people may not particularly understand when the ceiling dehumidifier needs to add fluoride, and under what circumstances do not need to add fluoride. So what methods can the ceiling dehumidifier use to determine whether fluorine is needed? Next, let the editor of the ceiling dehumidifier explain this, I hope it can be helpful to everyone, the specific content is as follows:

ceiling dehumidifier

1. After the dehumidifier is normally turned on for a certain period of time, the wind blowing from the air outlet becomes slightly hot and can quickly reach the set humidity. The compressor can be turned on and off for a period of time, just like a refrigerator, which can be said to be normal.

2. Use a thermometer to measure the temperature difference between the entrance and exit of the machine. A difference of more than 8°C is normal. The greater the temperature difference, the better the operating condition of the ceiling dehumidifier, and the condition can reach above 15°C.

3. Touch the evaporator ten minutes after starting. The compressor has two copper joints, one for thick copper pipes and one for thin copper pipes. There must be a manual temperature difference between the two valves; the thick flap should be lower than the thin flap, which is normal when it feels cool. Then check if the wind at the spray gun is hot, if it is not too hot, it may be that the fluorine is not enough.

4. Ten minutes after starting the machine, open the air inlet panel of the machine, and you can see that the evaporator is evenly covered with condensate, which is a normal phenomenon. If half does not, it may be fluoride deficiency. For example, partial icing or freezing is also abnormal.

5. For machines that have been running for more than six months, check whether there are obvious signs of oil leakage at the pipe connections and machine valves of the ceiling-mounted dehumidifier. If there is obvious oil leakage, it means that the machine is leaking fluorine, which should be an oil leak.

The above five points are all about the five methods to determine whether the ceiling dehumidifier needs to add fluoride. Thank you for your understanding and support!
